We have universally adopted a predicted or imagined alternate dimension that is as real to secular society today as were once all the gods of Olympus" - Christopher Chambers.
The continual abstraction of reality makes for a secondary type of living, whereby experiences feel realised that never occured. External phenomenon although physically real ,can become subject to phantasm, the deprivation of sensory unity, between the corporeal and the imagined.
Drawing and sculpture exemplify the power upon the mind of a symbol, symbols we use to record, to remember, to dream and to inhabit by proxy.
